Start with the basics
Call (708) 400-8113 with the make, model and year of the vehicle. We will also ask where it is located, whether it runs and what condition it is in. You do not need a polished advertisement or a professional inspection to start the conversation.
The more accurately you describe the car, the more useful your quote will be. Mention major collision damage, flood damage, mechanical issues and anything that has been removed from the vehicle. If you do not know a detail, tell us and we can explain what information would help.
What Do I Need for a Quote?
Have the pickup ZIP code, the vehicle’s approximate mileage and its title status available. Tell us whether the car has keys, wheels, an engine and a transmission, and whether it can roll and steer. Describe where it is parked and any obstacles to a tow truck reaching it.
If someone else is arranging the sale for the owner, explain that situation in advance. Ownership verification and legally acceptable documents are required to complete a purchase. We will discuss which details and documents are needed for your particular vehicle.
How we put the offer together
We consider the vehicle as an individual purchase. Make, model, year, condition, completeness, documents and location can all influence the offer, along with current market conditions. Our advertised range is $500–$3,000 depending on the vehicle; it does not apply automatically to every car.
A quote based on your description may be revised if inspection shows a different condition or important information changes. Ask our representative whether the amount is an estimate or a confirmed offer, and confirm the terms before scheduling.
Ask About Towing and Pickup Times
As part of the conversation, ask about towing, payment and timing. Free towing is included for every vehicle we buy in our service area. Let us know about missing wheels or blocked access so we can plan the pickup and bring the right equipment.
We serve Chicago, the surrounding suburbs and nearby Northwest Indiana, with service extending up to 50 miles. Same-day pickup is available when scheduling allows. Call for availability at your address rather than assuming every location has the same arrival time.
Accept the Offer and Schedule Pickup
Requesting a quote does not require you to sell the vehicle. You can review the offer, ask questions and choose whether to move forward. If you accept, we arrange a convenient collection time and explain how to prepare for the handoff.
At collection, we verify ownership and vehicle details, complete the required paperwork and pay you cash on the spot. Our team is available every day, 7 AM–9 PM Central Time, to help you start the process.
